An overview of file storage in GreenVee — the Drive, folders, file versions, and attaching files to work items.
GreenVee’s Drive is where uploaded files live — company-wide, or scoped to a single project — with full version history and safety checks on every upload. Files can also be attached directly to the work items they belong to, such as Tasks or Decisions, without filing them in a folder first.

Quick orientation
Section titled “Quick orientation”- Drive — your file storage system. Browse all files company-wide, or filter down to a single project’s files.
- Folder — organises files into a hierarchy within a Drive.
- File Version — every re-upload of a file is kept as a new version, with its own MIME check and antivirus scan status.
- Attaching to a work item — a file can be attached straight to a Task, Issue, Decision, Takeaway, or technical structure item, instead of (or as well as) living in a Drive folder.
