GreenVee structures all work through a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) — a hierarchy that connects strategic intent at the top to individual work items at the bottom. This section explains each level and how they relate.

Every project lives inside a portfolio. Everything else is optional depth you add as your project grows in complexity.
