Access and invitations
How new users get into GreenVee and join a company workspace.
GreenVee is invitation-based. There is no public sign-up page where anyone can register a new account. Access is always granted by someone inside an existing company workspace.
Two facts that follow from this
Section titled “Two facts that follow from this”- You cannot create a new account on your own. If you tried to “sign up” on greenvee.example, there is no form for that. You receive a sign-in link only after a colleague invites you.
- You cannot create a new company workspace on your own either. A company workspace is created by GreenVee operators when the company is onboarded as a customer. Once it exists, the company’s admins decide who else gets in.
Who can invite
Section titled “Who can invite”Anyone at your company who has been given the admin role inside the workspace can invite new users to join. Typically this is:
- The person who first set up the workspace (often an executive or office manager).
- Department leads and IT.
If you are unsure who in your company has admin rights, ask the person who first told you GreenVee was being introduced.
What happens when you are invited
Section titled “What happens when you are invited”- The admin creates an entry for you in the workspace and triggers an invitation.
- You receive an email with a sign-in link.
- The link takes you to your company’s identity provider (a single sign-on provider — for example, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, or another OAuth provider that your company has connected).
- After you authenticate there, you are returned to GreenVee and signed in.
The exact email content and identity provider depend on how your company’s IT team has configured the integration. Your admin can tell you which provider to expect.
Devices and sessions
Section titled “Devices and sessions”GreenVee remembers each device you sign in from. If you ever lose a device or forget you signed in somewhere, you can review and revoke registered devices from the Devices page in the app. Removing a device signs that device out and forces a fresh sign-in next time.
What you get on first sign-in
Section titled “What you get on first sign-in”When you first sign in, you get an empty personal surface (My Issues, My Tasks, calendar) and access to whatever portfolios and projects already exist in the workspace. You do not need to create anything to start exploring — head to Core Concepts next, or jump straight into the project list to see what your colleagues have already set up.
